海问律师事务所近日迎来前方达律师事务所的两位专家李方正、姜迎宁律师以合伙人身份加入其北京、深圳办公室。

李律师将常驻海问北京及深圳办公室，他的主要执业领域为刑事业务领域，包括政府执法应对、经济犯罪辩护、企业内部调查、刑事控告和企业合规。

姜律师将常驻海问深圳办公室，她的主要执业领域为海关业务领域，包括贸易合规咨询、行政执法及调查、刑事辩护等。

海问在一份新闻稿中表示，两位律师的加入，将为其发展注入新的动力，进一步提升该所综合实力，拓展其在刑事、政府执法、合规及海关等相关领域专业服务的广度和深度。

这是海问今年引入的最新一批合伙人级别律师。

Haiwen adds duo experts in Beijing and Shenzhen

Haiwen & Partners has recently added two experts Li Fangzheng, Jiang Yingning from Fangda Partners as partners in its Beijing and Shenzhen offices.

Li will be based in Haiwen's Beijing and Shenzhen offices. His main areas of practice are in the criminal practice areas, including government law enforcement response, economic crime defence, corporate internal investigations, criminal prosecution and corporate compliance. 

Jiang will be based in the firm's Shenzhen office. Her main practice area is in the customs practice area, including trade compliance consulting, administrative enforcement and investigation, and criminal defence.

Haiwen addressed in a press release that the addition of the two experts will give new impetus to its development, further enhance the firm's comprehensive strengths, and expand the breadth and depth of its professional services in criminal, government enforcement, compliance, and customs-related areas.

This is the latest batch of partner-level hire made by the firm this year.
