环球律师事务所近日迎来四位专家蔡莹、乐宇歆、任建南、闫世晔律师以合伙人身份加盟。

蔡律师将常驻环球北京办公室，她的主要执业领域为信托、私募股权投资基金、不动产资产证券化、不动产投资并购等非诉法律业务以及投融资领域争议解决。加入环球之前，蔡律师曾在中伦文德律师事务所工作。

乐律师将常驻环球上海办公室，她深耕与家族财富管理、民商事诉讼与仲裁及公司业务领域。加入环球之前，乐律师曾在金杜律师事务所工作。

同样将常驻北京的还有任律师和闫律师。任律师专注于兼并收购、公司治理、资本市场、私募股权与风险投资等领域。加入环球之前，任律师曾在海问律师事务所工作。

闫律师聚焦于知识产权及争议解决领域的法律服务。加入环球之前，闫律师曾在联德律师事务所工作。

环球在一份新闻稿中表示，四位律师的加入将显著提升其在相关业务领域的综合实力与市场竞争力，为更多境内外客户提供高效、专业、全面的法律服务。

这是环球今年引入的最新一批合伙人级别律师。

Global adds four experts in Beijing, Shanghai

Global Law Office has recently added four experts Cai Ying, Le Yuxin, Ryan Ren, Yan Shiye as partners in its Beijing and Shanghai offices.

Cai will be based in Global's Beijing office, where she will focus her practice on non-litigation law in the areas of trusts, private equity funds, real estate asset securitization, real estate investment M&A, and dispute resolution in the areas of investment and financing. Prior to joining Global, Cai worked at Zhonglun W&D Law Firm.

Le will be based in the firm’s Shanghai office, she specializes in family wealth management, civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, and corporate practice. Prior to joining Global, Le worked at King & Wood Mallesons.

Ren and Yan will also be based in Beijing. Ren specializes in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, capital markets, private equity and venture capital. Prior to joining Global, Ren worked at Haiwen & Partners.

Yan focuses on intellectual property and dispute resolution. Prior to joining Global, Yan worked at LexField Law Offices.

Global addressed in a press release that the addition of the four partners will significantly enhance their comprehensive strength and market competitiveness in the relevant practice areas, providing efficient, professional and comprehensive legal services to more domestic and foreign clients.

This is the latest batch of partner-level hire made by the firm this year.
