近日，Dentons律师事务所迎来前诺顿罗氏律师事务所争议解决团队加入其香港办公室，其中包括合伙人胡文俊律师、高级顾问林菲腊以及资深律师郑文宥。
胡律师拥有超过25年的执业经验，他专注于争议解决领域，能够为客户提供金融、并购、股权、能源和大宗商品、建筑刑事调查的法律服务。
在加入诺顿罗氏之前，胡律师还曾在Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson律师事务所工作。在2015年该所撤出亚洲之后，共5人的争议解决团队便加入了诺顿罗氏。

伴随着三位律师的加入，Dentons香港办公室目前共拥有35位律师，其中包括11位合伙人。
此外，三位专家的加入也是 Dentons 在香港持续扩张的一环。该所还于今年 6 月从德杰律师事务所聘请了并购和资本市场合伙人陈耀光律师，并于 4 月从本地所何耀棣律师事务所吸纳了债务融资和投资基金合伙人阎舒乐律师。不过，Dentons资本市场合伙人韩维娜已于 7 月离职，转投德汇律师事务所。
Dentons expands HK disputes team with NRF trio
Global law firm Dentons has strengthened its litigation and arbitration practice in Hong Kong after hiring three lawyers from Norton Rose Fulbright, namely partner Alfred Wu (L), senior consultant Philip Nunn, and senior associate Muriel Cheng.
The new additions bring Dentons Hong Kong's lawyer count to 35, including 11 partners. Wu, Nunn, and Cheng were part of a five-lawyer disputes team that moved to Norton Rose Fulbright in 2015 from Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson when the latter exited Asia.
Wu’s practice covers corporate finance, M&A, funds, joint ventures, shareholders, property and employment disputes, as well as insolvency and restructuring matters. His client base includes banks, Hong Kong-listed issuers, multinational corporations, funds, accountants/liquidators and high-net-worth individuals.
Wu, who also has a particular focus on construction litigation and arbitration, joined Fried Frank in 2012, having had previous stints at Sidley Austin, the legacy Johnson Stokes & Master, and the legacy Denton Hall/Denton Wilde Sapte.
"The new team's deep understanding of international dispute resolution with a construction focus, their market reputation coupled with their past experience, brings a distinctive advantage to our clients," said Elliott Portnoy, Dentons’ global CEO, in a statement.

This move is part of Dentons' ongoing expansion in Hong Kong. The firm hired M&A and capital markets partner Stephen Chan from Dechert in June and debt finance and investment funds partner Charles Yim from local firm Gallant in April.
However, Dentons also saw the departure of capital markets partner Rachel Han to Dorsey & Whitney in July.
