Wintell adds duo in Beijing

Wintell & Co has recently added two experts Cai Shuaitong and Fu Liya as senior partners in its Beijing office.

Cai has a dual professional background in law and finance and has long specialized in the field of securities misrepresentation liability and commercial dispute resolution.

Fu specializes in securities compliance and misrepresentation litigation, with a composite knowledge background and extensive project experience.
