通商律师事务所近日迎来私人财富专家张天恩律师加入其香港办公室全球私人财富及家族办公室部门，担任顾问及遗嘱认证及继承规划主管。

张律师专注于遗嘱与遗产认证、信托管理、精神健康法以及诉讼。她的专长涵盖信托与遗产认证的争议与非争议事务，以及继承和财富规划。

在加入通商之前，张律师曾在香港本地所古明慧律师行担任顾问2年，并在卫达仕律师事务所工作了3年。此外，她也在私人银行领域亦有丰富实践经验，包括曾在汇丰信托担任遗嘱服务部门主管长达 11 年。

通商在一份新闻稿中表示，张律师对遗产规划和财富管理相关复杂问题的全面理解，将提升该所为客户提供全面服务的能力。

Tongshang Hong Kong makes private wealth hire

Tongshang Hong Kong has recently added Sarina Cheung as a consultant and head of probate and succession planning in its global private wealth and family office practice.

Cheung specializes in wills and probate, trust management, mental health law, and litigation. Her expertise encompasses both contentious and non-contentious trust and probate matters, along with succession and wealth planning.

Prior to joining Tongshang Hong Kong, Cheung was a consultant at an independent local firm Rita Ku & Ser for 2 years and spent 3 years at Withers. 

Her extensive hands-on experience in the private banking sector includes 11 years as the head of the probate services department at HSBC Trustee (HK) Limited.

Tongshang Hong Kong said that by bringing Cheung on board, the firm is committed to enhancing the team to ensure to expand offerings for clients.
