雍文律师事务所近日迎来房地产专家唐跃文律师以合伙人身份加盟其深圳办公室，并担任深圳办执行主任。

唐律师专注于房地产、建设工程、股权纠纷、民间借贷及合同纠纷等各方面的民商事、刑事和仲裁案件。加入雍文之前，唐律师曾在京师律师事务所工作，也是京师深圳的联合创始人。

雍文在一份新闻稿中表示，唐律师的加盟，将进一步夯实其在房地产、金融等领域的专业优势，同时助力该所在粤港澳大湾区的战略布局，标志着雍文在地域扩展和业务深化方面迈出了重要一步。

北京雍文律师事务所创建于2015年，在全国范围内共有6家办公室。

Yongwen adds real estate expert in Shenzhen

Yongwen Law Firm has bolstered its Shenzhen office with the hire of real estate expert Tang Yuewen as Shenzhen executive director.

Tang specializes in real estate, construction projects, equity disputes, private lending, and contract disputes, handling civil, commercial, criminal and arbitration matters. Prior to joining Yongwen, he was a co-founder of Jingshi Law Firm's Shenzhen office.

In a statement, Yongwen said Tang's appointment would strengthen its real estate and financial services capabilities while advancing its strategic expansion in the Greater Bay Area. The move marks a significant step in the firm's geographical expansion and practice development.

Beijing-headquartered Yongwen Law Firm was established in 2015 and currently operates six offices across China.
