总部位于北京的海润天睿律师事务所近日正式开设武汉办公室，成为该所全国范围内的第12家分支机构。

据悉，海润天睿武汉办公室将重点聚焦商事争议、破产重整、建工房地产、投资并购、金融与资本、不良资产处置、商业犯罪、企业合规等业务领域的法律服务。

作为中部地区重要的经济中心，武汉正着力发展成为长江经济带核心城市、中部崛起战略支点、国家中心城市。

海润天睿在一份新闻稿中表示，此次落子武汉，是该所辐射中部地区，推进区域法律服务市场覆盖的关键一步。

Hai Run opens in Wuhan

Beijing-headquartered Hai Run Law Firm has recently launched a new office in Wuhan, Hubei Province, which becomes the firm’s 12th office domestically.

The new office will be focusing on commercial disputes, bankruptcy and reorganization, construction and real estate, investment and mergers and acquisitions, finance and capital, disposal of distressed assets, commercial crime, corporate compliance etc.

As an important economic center in the central region, Wuhan is focusing on developing into a core city of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, a strategic pivot point for the rise of central China, and a national central city.

Hai Run addressed in a press release that the establishment of Wuhan office is a key step for the firm to radiate the central region and promote the coverage of the regional legal services market.
