Clifford Chance has advised ANZ on its agreement to sell its 20 percent stake in Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank (SRCB) to China COSCO Shipping Corporation and Shanghai Sino-Poland Enterprise Management Development Corporation, which were represented by Linklaters.
