天元律师事务所近日在安徽省合肥市开设分所，成为其全国范围内继上海、深圳、成都、香港、杭州、西安、海口、苏州、广州之后的第十家分所。

天元合肥分所将以资本市场、投融并购、合规和争议解决为核心业务领域，主要服务对象包括合肥当地优质企业和成长型企业。在合肥分所成立前，天元已为当地数家知名企业提供法律意见，包括中科院合肥物质科学研究院、国元证券、长城军工、中公教育等。

天元合伙人谢发友律师将担任合肥分所负责人。目前，天元合肥分所共有九位合伙人。

Tian Yuan sets up its 10th office in Hefei

Tian Yuan Law Firm has recently set up a new office in Hefei City, Anhui Province, which is the firm’s 10th office, following those in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Hong Kong, Hangzhou, Xi’an, Haikou, Suzhou and Guangzhou.

Tian Yuan’s Hefei office will focus on capital market, investment and finance, M&A, compliance and dispute resolution, targeting clients like local large enterprises and growing companies. Prior to the official establishment of the Hefei office, Tian Yuan has already served a number of well-known enterprises that are based in Hefei City, such as the Hefei Institutes of Physical Science of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Guoyuan Securities, Anhui Great Wall Military and Offcn Education.

Xie Fayou will be the managing partner of the Hefei office. Up till now, the Hefei office has nine partners.
