植德律师事务所近日迎来张一飞律师、喻劼律师、陈孝律师、杨诚律师以合伙人身份加盟，其中，张律师将加盟植德北京办公室，其余三位则将驻其上海办公室执业。

张律师业务领域包括税务、投融资并购、投资基金等。他曾参与了数十起并购、基金和上市项目，擅长境内外交易及税务安排。

喻律师是争议解决专家，擅长知识产权、反垄断与竞争法。他具有丰富的诉讼及仲裁经验，曾成功处理过多起复杂的公司、商事、知识产权、不正当竞争等案件。喻律师还曾多次代表国内外客户开展内部调查、应对行政执法、建立完善合规管理制度。

陈律师专注于特殊资产与破产重组、争议解决、投融资并购等领域，特别在房地产、互联网和私募基金等行业拥有丰富的诉讼和非诉讼经验，曾成功办理了众多复杂疑难的破产清算/重整案件。陈律师在游戏、短视频和MCN等行业亦有涉猎。

杨律师的业务领域包括知识产权、争议解决、政府监管与合规，专注于文化、娱乐与传媒行业领域，熟悉各类作品的制作发行、著作权授权与保护、艺人经纪、国内外娱乐市场的商业运作。

这是植德继今年3月迎来争议解决专家乔焕然、投融资并购律师黄思童、资本市场律师范秋萍、投融资并购律师郑筱卉后的最新一批合伙人级别加盟。

Merits & Tree expands Beijing and Shanghai teams with four partners

Merits & Tree has hired tax expert Zhang Yifei as a partner in its Beijing office, as well as dispute resolution experts Yu Jie, Chen Xiao, and Yang Cheng as partners in its Shanghai office.

Zhang focuses on tax, investment and finance, M&A, and investment funds. He has participated a number of M&A, funds and IPO projects, and is familiar with domestic and foreign deals and tax arrangement.

Yu focuses on intellectual property, anti-trust and competition law. With experience in litigation and arbitration, he has dealt with many complex cases involving corporate, commercial, IP, and anti-unfair competition. He has also represented various domestic and foreign clients in conducting internal investigation, responding to administrative enforcement, and establishing compliance system.

Chen focuses on special assets and bankruptcy and restructuring, dispute resolution, investment and finance, and M&A, with specialty in real estate, Internet, and private equity funds. He has successfully dealt with a number of complex bankruptcy and restructuring cases. Chen also has experience in gaming, short video and MCN sectors.

Yang’s practice areas include IP, dispute resolution, and government regulation and compliance. With a focus on culture, entertainment and media industries, he is familiar with production and distribution of various works, copyrights licensing and protection, artist management, and the business operations of domestic and foreign entertainment markets

This is Merits & Tree’s latest batch of partner-level hire since adding dispute resolution expert Qiao Huanran, investment and finance lawyer Huang Sitong, capital market lawyer Fan Qiuping, and M&A expert Zheng XIohui in March.
