海润天睿律师事务所近日成立大连分所，成为其在全国范围内的第五家分支机构。

根据海润天睿的一份新闻稿，海润天睿大连分所将依托区位与地理优势着重开展海事海商、涉外法律服务工作，进一步拓展业务覆盖面，辐射更多“一带一路”周边经济活跃地区。

海润所创立于1997年，总部位于北京。2018年，海润律师事务所与天睿律师事务所正式合并为海润天睿律师事务所。成立大连分所前，海润天睿已经在上海、天津、深圳、重庆设立分所。

Hai Run sets up branch in Dalian

Hai Run Law Firm has launched an office in Dalian, which becomes its fifth domestic branch.

According to a statement by Hai Run, the Dalian branch will rely on the location and geographical advantages to focus on the development of maritime and foreign legal services, further expand the business coverage, and radiate more economically active areas around "Belt And Road".

Established in 1997, the Beijing-headquartered Hai Run has established four domestic branches respectively in Shanghai, Tianjin, Shenzhen and Chongqing.
