唐梦律师的主要业务方向为综合争议解决，包括商事及民事诉讼/仲裁、刑事辩护及控告、常年法律顾问等，业务领域主要行业包括基金、证券、投资、文化传媒、新媒体、房地产、Web3等。加入华商之前，他曾经在光大律师事务所工作。
汪阳律师专注于争议解决、投融资并购及企业合规治理，曾为多家国企及上市公司提供法律服务，所涉行业覆盖半导体、新能源、医疗以及地产等，具有丰富的涉外法律服务经验。加入华商之前，她曾经在光大律师事务所工作。
吴泽凡律师则专注于不良资产、数字货币、海外银团贷款、非洲绿地投资等业务领域，有丰富的海外生活经历，擅长为企业提供海外架构合规、跨境投资尽调、国际争议解决等服务。加入华商之前，他曾经在众华律师事务所工作。
王婷律师精通境内外投融资及并购、上市及再融资、证券与金融合规等法律业务。加入华商之前，她曾经在君合律师事务所工作。
王智宁律师专注于反垄断、经营者集中申报、反不正当竞争和数据合规领域。加入华商之前，他曾在安杰世泽律师事务所工作。更早之前，王律师任一家世界五百强企业反垄断合规负责人。
王丽霞律师拥有中级律师，三级公证员、上市公司独立董事、基金从业资格等证书。她的专业领域为婚姻家庭，继承，房地产、建设工程，经济纠纷等领域，有丰富的诉讼经验。为企业挂牌上市，并购重组提供过法律服务。加入华商之前，她曾经在融力天闻律师事务所工作。
高迪律师在私募基金与风险投资，公司证券与资本市场，刑事合规与刑事辩护，诉讼与仲裁等领域积累了十余年丰富的执业经验，熟谙境内外投融资全周期法律服务，尤其擅长就疑难复杂问题为客户提供综合性法律服务方案。高迪律师具有基金从业资格，是上海市徐汇区检察院听证员，在加入华商之前，他曾在金诚同达律师事务所工作。

China Commercial adds experts in Shanghai office
China Commercial Law Firm has recently added experts Tang Meng as a senior partner, and Wang Yang, Wu Zefan, Wang Ting, Wang Zhining, Wang Lixia, Gao Di as partners in its Shanghai office.
Tang Meng's main practice direction is comprehensive dispute resolution, including commercial and civil litigation/arbitration, criminal defense and prosecution, and permanent legal counsel, etc. The main industries in his practice area include funds, securities, investment, culture and media, new media, real estate, and Web3. Prior to joining China Commercial, he used to work in Everbright Law Firm.
Wang Yang specializes in dispute resolution, investment, financing, M&A and corporate compliance, and has provided legal services to several state-owned enterprises and listed companies in the fields of semiconductors, new energy, healthcare, and real estate. She has rich experience in foreign-related legal services. Prior to joining China Commercial, she worked at Everbright Law Firm.
Wu Zefan focuses on non-performing assets, digital currencies, overseas syndicated loans, and greenfield investments in Africa. He has rich experience in overseas life and specializes in providing enterprises with overseas structural compliance, cross-border investment due diligence, and international dispute resolution services. Prior to joining China Commercial, he used to work in Win Zone Law Firm.
Wang Ting is well-versed in domestic and international investment, financing and M&A, listing and refinancing, securities and financial compliance. Prior to joining China Commercial, she used to work at JunHe.
Wang Zhining specializes in antitrust, operator concentration notification, anti-unfair competition and data compliance. Prior to joining China Commercial, he worked at AnJie Broad Law Firm. Earlier, Wang was the head of antitrust compliance for a Fortune 500 company.
Wang Lixia holds certificates as an intermediate lawyer, a notary public of the third level, an independent director of a listed company, and a fund practitioner. She specializes in the fields of marriage and family, inheritance, real estate, construction engineering, economic disputes, and has rich litigation experience. She has provided legal services for enterprise listing, merger and acquisition and reorganization. Prior to joining China Commercial, she worked at Ronly & Tenwen Partners.
Gao Di has more than ten years of experience in private equity and venture capital, corporate securities and capital market, criminal compliance and criminal defense, litigation and arbitration, etc. He is familiar with the full cycle of domestic and international investment and financing legal services and is especially good at providing comprehensive legal service solutions for clients on difficult and complex issues. Gao is a qualified fund practitioner and a hearing officer of the Shanghai Xuhui District Procuratorate. Prior to joining China Commercial, he worked at Jincheng Tongda & Neal Law Firm.
