植德律师事务所近日迎来王文君、金光辉律师以权益合伙人的身份分别加盟其上海、北京办公室。

王律师主要从事资本市场争议解决业务，特别擅长处理与信息披露违法违规、内幕交易、操纵市场等有关的证券期货行政合规案件。加入植德前，她曾在金杜律师事务所工作。

金律师专注于商事诉讼及仲裁领域超过15年，能够为客户量身定制切实可行且高效的多层次解决方案。加入植德前，他曾中伦律师事务所工作。

植德在一份新闻稿中表示，两位专家的加入将使其全周期、立体化、一站式的综合法律服务能力得到进一步提升。

这是该所近期引入的最新一批合伙人级别律师。

Merits & Tree adds duo experts in Beijing and Shanghai

Merits & Tree Law Offices has recently added two experts Wang Wenjun, Jin Guanghui as partners in its Shanghai and Beijing offices respectively.

Wang is mainly engaged in capital market dispute resolution practice, with particular expertise in handling securities and futures administrative compliance cases related to information disclosure violations, insider trading and market manipulation. Prior to joining Merits & Tree, she worked at King & Wood Mallesons.

Jin has been focusing on commercial litigation and arbitration for over 15 years and is able to customize practical and efficient multi-layered solutions for clients. Prior to joining Merits & Tree, he worked at Zhong Lun Law Firm.

Merits & Tree addressed in a press release that the addition of the two experts will further enhance its full-cycle, three-dimensional, one-stop integrated legal service capabilities.

This is the latest batch of partner-level hire made by the firm this year.
