君合律师事务所近日迎来原天同律师事务所的两位专家史琦、王博洋律师以合伙人身份加盟其西安分所。

史律师专注于疑难复杂商事争议解决，尤其擅长公司金融领域、保理及融资租赁、矿产能源等领域，此前法院系统的工作经历也使她具有丰富的诉讼实务经验。

王律师也同样深耕于复杂的商事争议解决业务，主要专注于矿产资源及新能源行业领域的深耕。

君合于今年2月设立西安分所，其官网数据显示，目前君合西安共拥有5位合伙人。

这是君合今年引入的第一批合伙人级别律师。

JunHe adds duo dispute resolution experts in Xian

JunHe has recently added two dispute resolution experts Shi Qi, Wang Boyang as partners in its Xian office from TianTong Law Firm.

Shi focuses on difficult and complex commercial dispute resolution, especially in the areas of corporate finance, factoring and financial leasing, mining and energy. Her previous work experience in the court system has also given her a wealth of experience in litigation practice.

Wang also specializes in complex commercial dispute resolution, focusing on mineral resources and new energy industries.

JunHe set up its Xian office in February this year, according to the firm’s website, the new office now has 5 partners.

This is the first batch of partner-level hires made by the firm in 2024.
