大成律师事务所近日迎来四位专家董辉、马宏伟 、石江锋、汪英华律师以高级合伙人的身份加盟。

董律师将加入大成沈阳办公室，他的业务领域为破产重整与清算、争议解决、公司与并购、银行与金融等。加入大成之前，董律师曾在恒敬律师事务所工作。

马律师将加入大成上海办公室，他专注于资本市场、刑事、争议解决、公司与并购等领域。加入大成之前，马律师曾在信本律师事务所工作。

石律师将加入大成哈尔滨办公室，他深耕于争议解决、不动产与建设工程、刑事、公司与并购等领域。加入大成之前，石律师曾在信诚律师事务所工作。

汪律师将加入大成重庆办公室，她的专业领域涵盖税务、公司与并购、刑事、不动产与建设工程等。加入大成之前，汪律师曾在瑞海律师事务所工作。

与此同时，大成还晋升了34位律师为高级合伙人，其业务领域涵盖公司与并购、不动产与建设工程、劳动与人力资源、破产重整与清算、银行与金融、财富管理、医药卫生、知识产权、争议解决、资本市场等。

Dentons China adds four senior partners

Dentons China recently welcomed four new senior partners to their team: Dong Hui, Ma Hongwei, Shi Jiangfeng, Wang Yinghua.

Dong will be based in the Shenyang office. His practice areas include bankruptcy reorganisation and liquidation, dispute resolution, corporate and M&A, banking and finance. Prior to joining Dentons, Dong worked at Hengjing Law Firm.

Ma, who will be joining the firm’s Shanghai office, specialises in capital markets, criminal, dispute resolution, corporate and M&A. Before joining Dentons, Ma worked at Xinben Law Offices.

Shi will be joining the firm’s Haerbin office, and his expertise lies in dispute resolution, real estate and construction, criminal, corporate and M&A. Previously, Shi worked at Xincheng Law Firm.

Wang will join the firm’s Chongqing office and specialises in tax, corporate and M&A, criminal, real estate and construction. Prior to joining Dentons, she previously worked at Rui Hai Law Firm.

In addition to the new hires, Dentons China has also promoted 34 lawyers to senior partner status.  Their practice areas include corporate and M&A, real estate and construction, labour and human resources, bankruptcy reorganisation and liquidation, banking and finance, wealth management, medicine and health, intellectual property rights, dispute resolution, and capital market.
