近日，植德律师事务所迎来资本市场领域专家耿贝、罗寒律师以合伙人身份加盟北京办公室。此前，耿律师曾执业于海问律师事务所，罗律师曾执业于方达律师事务所。

耿律师在投融资和企业境内外上市领域经验丰富，曾协助多家企业在境内外资本市场成功上市，并代表私募股权投资机构或创业企业完成多项投融资项目，行业涵盖TMT、教育培训、文娱体育、高端制造、消费、医药和医疗机构等。耿律师曾经执业的律所还包括方达律师事务所。

罗律师主要执业领域包括境内外证券发行与上市、并购重组、投融资以及一般公司法律业务，涉及包括互联网、科技、生物医药、在线教育培训、高端制造、能源、消费零售、金融等在内的多个行业。罗律师主办和参与过多个重大复杂的证券发行与上市公司重组并购案件，具有丰富的资本市场项目经验。除方达以外，罗律师还曾在嘉源律师事务所执业。

两位律师加盟后，植德北京办公室目前共有33位合伙人。

Merits & Tree welcomes partners in Beijing from Haiwen, Fangda

Merits & Tree Law Offices has hired capital market experts Geng Bei and Luo Han as partners in Beijing from Haiwen & Partners and Fangda Partners, respectively.

Geng has expertise in investment, finance, and domestic and foreign listings. Apart from IPOs, she has also represented private equity funds and start-ups in financing rounds. Her clients come from sectors like TMT, education, culture and media, sports, high-end manufacturing, consumer goods, medicine and healthcare. Geng previously worked at Fangda.

Luo focuses on domestic and foreign securities issuance and listing, M&A, investment and financing, and general corporate work, involving industries like Internet, technology, biological medicine, online education and training, high-end manufacturing, energy, retailing and finance. s. Prior to Fangda, Luo worked at Jia Yuan Law Offices.

With the additions of Geng and Luo, Merits & Tree now has 33 partners in Beijing office.
