科律律师事务所近日迎来资本市场业务律师金朝以合伙人身份加盟其北京办事处。此前，金律师在威尔逊律师事务所担任合伙人。

金律师的执业领域侧重于大中华区的证券和公司交易，包括香港上市、上市前私募股权投资、对香港联交所上市公司的投资和公司治理、定向增发、上市和非上市公司并购以及合规等。他服务的客户遍及各行各业，并作为发行人和承销商的法律顾问主导过数十项香港上市交易。

金律师的加盟是继三月底刘毅铭律师以合伙人身份加盟上海办事处之后，科律资本市场团队的又一次实力扩充。自2019年正式设立至今，科律亚洲资本市场业务团队已经成长为拥有蔡华、余仙、刘毅铭与金朝等四位合伙人，约30位律师的团队。

Cooley strengthens cap markets practice adding partner in Beijing

Cooley has recently hired Ethan Jin as a partner in Beijing from Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati where Jin was a partner.

Jin’s practice focuses on securities and corporate transactions in the Greater China region, including IPOs, private equity investments, investments in and corporate governance of HKEX-listed companies, private placements, M&A, and compliance. 

The joining of Jin follows the recent addition of capital markets partner Liu Yiming in Shanghai. Cooley’s Asia capital markets team now includes four partners and more than 30 lawyers and professional staff across Hong Kong, Beijing and Shanghai.
