总部位于上海的瀚一律师事务所近日迎来陈靓律师以合伙人身份加盟。加入瀚一前，陈律师曾任通商律师事务所合伙人，此前则曾任职于世达国际律师事务所和海问律师事务所。陈律师还曾在一家纳斯达克上市的中国TMT公司任职首席合规官兼总法律顾问。未来陈靓律师将同时在上海、北京两地展开执业。
根据瀚一的一份新闻稿，陈靓律师在帮助企业赴美国和香港资本市场上市领域经验丰富，也曾参与多宗私募及风投交易，尤其熟悉生物科技、大数据、半导体和宠物经济。她还参与过包括反垄断申报和与美国《海外反腐败法》相关的公司调查等业务在内的多起监管合规事宜。
瀚一律师事务所创立于2004年，是一家专注于私募/风投、兼并与收购领域的精品律所，目前拥有一支约20人的律师团队。“陈律师的加入将帮助瀚一发展海外上市业务，同时为事务所现有的私募及风投客户提供强有力支持。”该所说道。
Boutique firm Han Yi expands cap mkt practice with hire from C&F
Shanghai-headquartered boutique firm Han Yi Law Offices has hired Chen Liang as partner from Commerce & Finance Law Offices. Chen, who also has working experiences with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, Haiwen & Partners, and a Nasdaq-listed Chinese TMT company as its chief compliance officer and general counsel, will continue her practice in both Shanghai and Beijing.
According to Han Yi, Chen has helped multiple PRC companies get listed on the U.S. and Hong Kong stock markets and is very experienced in PE and VC deals with a particular focus on biotech, big data, semiconductor and pet industries. She also has firsthand experience with various regulatory compliance matters including antitrust review and FCPA-related corporate investigations.
Founded in 2004, Han Yi focuses on PE/VC and M&A deals with a team of around 20 lawyers currently. “Chen will help grow the firm’s outbound IPO practice while in the meantime provide a strong support to our existing PE and VC client base,” says the firm in one press release.
