JunHe has hired capital markets and M&A specialist Phyllis Xu as a partner in Shanghai and Hong Kong from asset management firm FinEX Asia, where she was general counsel.

Xu has more than 15 years of experience in capital markets, M&A, investment and fundraising, fund formation, and private equity investment. Her clients include Goldman Sachs, PAG, BNP Paribas, Tesco and Burberry Group.

Before joining FinEX Asia in May 2017, Xu worked as a solicitor at Hongkong Land for about three years. Before that, she had stints with DLA Piper in Hong Kong, and Jones Day in Shanghai. 

During her time in private practice, Xu advised China Merchants Bank on its $2.5 billion acquisition of a controlling stake in Hong Kong-based Wing Lung Bank. 

前亚盟金融集团法务总监加入君合 将在上海和香港办公

君合律师事务所迎来资本市场和并购业务专家徐琳律师以合伙人身份加入，执业于君合香港和上海办公室。加入君合之前，徐琳律师在全球金融科技资产管理平台亚盟金融集团任法务总监。

徐琳律师在资本市场、并购、投融资、基金设立与私募股权投资等法律领域有超过15年的经验，曾为高盛集团、太盟投资集团、法国巴黎银行、乐购、巴宝莉集团等客户提供各类法律服务。

2017年5月加入亚盟金融集团之前，徐琳律师在香港置地工作三年担任律师。更早之前，徐琳律师分别在英国欧华律师事务所香港办公室和美国众达律师事务所上海办公室执业。

在律所执业期间，徐琳律师为中国招商银行以25亿美金收购永隆银行的控股权提供法律服务。
