Ince has hired asset finance lawyer Janice Lee as a partner from Stephenson Harwood, where she was a senior associate.

Lee started her career at Ince as a trainee solicitor in 2006, and was with the firm until 2011. After that, she had stints at Allens Arthur Robinson, Watson, Farley & Williams and Stephenson Harwood.

With experience in advising PRC clients on ship and aviation finance matters, Lee has expertise in structured financing, particularly in sale and leaseback transactions. She advises ship finance lenders and PRC-based financial leasing companies within the shipping and aviation sectors. 

In addition to the hire of Lee, Ince has also promoted Eileen Tang and Maureen Poh to the partnership in Shanghai and Singapore, respectively..
