China’s Jun He Law Offices has boosted its employment law practice with the hire of Gordon (Minghao) Feng as a partner in the firm’s Shanghai office.

Prior to joining Jun He, Feng was an of counsel and head of Paul Hastings’ employment practice in China. Before joining Paul Hastings, he worked as an in-house counsel for Eastman Kodak.

Specialising in employment matters , Peng has experience advising multinational companies in China on employment due diligence, regulatory compliance, contract formation, hiring, wage-and-hour compliance, mass layoffs and terminations.

Jun He has more than 500 lawyers, including 165 partners, across six domestic offices and three international offices including Hong Kong, New York and Palo Alto. With the addition of Feng, the firm now has 42 partners in Shanghai.
