JunHe partner Fan Yang has moved in-house, taking up a new role as general counsel at Sinovant Sciences in Shanghai. The move will see Yang making use of all her expertise and experience as a partner in life sciences industry in the past years. 

Yang’s practice also includes investment, acquisitions, licensing and compliance.  She acts for life sciences multinationals, investment institutions and medical institutions, Chinese pharmaceuticals and medical device companies. 

She started her career as an associate at JunHe in Beijing in September 2003, and then moved to the Beijing office of Paul Hastings in June 2006. Prior to joining Ropes & Gray in January 2013, she spent more than four years as an associate at Sidley Austin. Yang re-joined JunHe as a partner in Shanghai in January 2016. 

Sinovant Sciences is a Shanghai-based biopharmaceutical company bringing innovative medicines to China and Chinese biopharmaceutical innovation abroad. 

In early April 2019, Sinovant Sciences and Roivant Sciences have launched Cytovant Sciences, which recently has entered into a multi-program license and collaboration agreement with Medigene AG. The collaboration is expected to realize a total of over $1 billion.

君合前合伙人加盟仑胜医药 担任总法律顾问

君合律师事务所前合伙人杨帆律师加盟仑胜医药上海办公室，担任总法律顾问一职。该职务将使杨律师充分利用过往在生命科学领域在律所执业积累的专业知识与丰富经验。

杨律师的执业领域涵盖投资、收购、许可交易、合规等方面，主要客户包括跨国生命科学企业、投资机构、医疗机构及国内医药和医疗器械企业。

2003年9月，杨律师作为律师加入君合律师事务所北京办公室，2006年6月转至美国普衡律师事务所北京办公室。2013年1月加入美国瑞格律师事务所之前，曾作为律师在盛德国际律师事务所执业四年多时间。2016年1月，又以合伙人身份重新加入君合上海办公室。

仑胜医药是一家位于上海的创新生物制药公司，致力于将全球前沿医疗创新引入中国，并把中国具有显著临床优势的医疗创新推向世界。

今年4月初，仑胜医药与全球性医疗集团Roivant Sciences宣布在中国成立一家生物制药公司Cytovant Sciences。同时，Cytovant与德国一家专注于开发细胞免疫疗法的公司Medigene AG达成多项研发许可和合作协议，合作总额预计超10亿美元。
