Zhong Lun has recruited employment expert Anderson Zhang as a partner in Shanghai from Dentons, where he was a senior partner and head of employment law practice China. 

Zhang specializes in employment and industrial relations with years of experience in advising multinational clients on the negotiations of collective agreements with trade unions and on all employment law aspects in M&A transactions. Zhang also has experience in commercial litigation and arbitration.

Zhang spent more than 11 years at Dentons Shanghai. Prior to that, he worked with Jade & Fountain PRC Lawyers, Shanghai Hongzheng Law Firm, etc. as an associate, respectively, from 2001 to 2008, except one-year stay with Sany Heavy Industry, as an HR manager from 2002 to 2003.

中伦律师事务所迎来劳动法专家张根旺律师以合伙人身份的加盟。加入中伦前，张律师在大成上海担任高级合伙人和雇佣与劳动业务负责人。

张律师的执业领域涵盖劳动法和人力资源，在代表跨国企业客户与工会进行集体谈判协议以及在并购交易中涉及所有劳动法相关事务方面均具备多年丰富经验。此外，张律师在商业诉讼与仲裁方面也具备丰厚经验。

张律师曾在大成上海执业11年多。在此之前的2001年至2008年间，曾分别在九州丰泽律师事务所、上海市弘正律师事务所等律所执业，其中的2002至2003年间，张律师在三一重工股份有限公司担任人力资源部经理。
