波黑图兹拉7号机组450兆瓦火电项目近日进入实施阶段。该项目由波黑电力公司投资，由中国葛洲坝集团、中国能源建设集团广东电力设计研究院以联合体方式承建。中伦律师事务所作为广东电力设计研究院法律顾问参与交易。

根据中伦的一份新闻稿，该项目金额逾7亿欧元，是波黑联邦自20世纪90年代初以来最大的电站项目，以及最重要的投资项目，也是中国工程企业在中东欧取得的突破性进展。

中国进出口银行就项目向波黑电力公司提供了约6.14亿欧元贷款。

中伦项目组将负责协调组织境外律师，共同为项目提供中国国内法、波黑现场法及其他境外法律服务。中伦告诉ALB，受疫情影响，当地律所选定工作尚未完成。

本项目由中伦合伙人孙巍律师牵头，同时得到非权益合伙人吴凡律师协助。

Zhong Lun on FBiH’s largest power plant project by far 

Zhong Lun Law Firm has advised China Energy Engineering Group, Guangdong Electric Power Design Institute (GEDI) on the 700 million euro ($768 million) construction of power plant Block 7 in TPP Tuzla project in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FBiH).

According to the firm, this is the largest electricity project and most important investment in FBiH since 1990s. It also marks a breakthrough made by Chinese construction companies in East-Central Europe. Chinese Export-Import Bank provided a loan worth €614 million euro ($671 million) to the plant owner, state-owned Elektroprivreda BiH.

Zhong Lun will coordinate overseas attorneys to provide legal services covering China, FBiH and several other jurisdictions. The firm informed ALB that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the selection of local law firms has yet to finish.

The Zhong Lun team is led by partner Sun Wei, with assistance from non-equity partner Wu Fan.
