Skadden and Latham led on AiHuiShuo International’s IPO in New York
Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Han Kun Law Offices have advised AiHuiShou International, a Chinese second-hand 3C products transaction platform, on its $261 million IPO in New York Stock Exchange, with Latham & Watkins and JunHe advising the joint underwriters.
Established in 2011, the Shanghai-headquartered AiHuiShou provides C2B recycling platform AiHuiShou.com, B2B platform PaiJiTang.com and B2C retailing platform PaiPai.com. Following this IPO, AiHuiShou has become the first Chinese ESG stock listed in the US.
The Skadden team was led by partners Julie Gao and Shu Du. The JunHe team was led by partners Wang Yi, Jiang Wenjun and Shang Shiming.
Maples and Calder was the issuer’s offshore lawyer. The joint underwriters were Goldman Sachs, BofA Securities and China Renaissance.
