近日，秦淮数据集团成功在美国纳斯达克上市，募集资金逾6.2亿美元。海问律师事务所、凯易律师事务所作为发行人律师提供法律意见；天元律师事务所、世达律师事务所则担任承销商律师。

秦淮数据集团是数据中心解决方案运营商，专注于中国、印度以及东南亚市场，其数据中心是高度集成专业化的、关键任务型的基础设施，以供客户用来分析、管理及存储他们最重要的数据、业务系统和流程。秦淮数据此次IPO是IDC行业募集资金金额最高的中概股IPO。

海问团队的牵头律师为合伙人刘速律师和王雷律师；凯易团队的牵头律师则为合伙人张彤律师、林邦律师。

承销商方面，天元团队的牵头律师为合伙人石磊律师。

Kirkland, Skadden, Haiwen and Tian Yuan act on Chinadata’s $620 mln Nasdaq IPO

Haiwen & Partners and Kirkland & Ellis have advised data centre operator Chindata Group Holdings on its $620 million Nasdaq IPO, with Tian Yuan Law Firm and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom advising the underwriters.

Chindata is a hyperscale data centre solutions provider focused on emerging markets in the Asia-Pacific region. Its Nasdaq IPO is the biggest among Chinese companies in the IDC industry.

The Haiwen team was led by partners Liu Su and Wang Lei, while the Kirkland team was led by partners David Zhang and Steve Lin.

The Tian Yuan team was led by partner Shi Lei.

Maples and Calder provided offshore legal services.
