12月23日,美国办公设备制造商施乐宣布,其将以15亿美元,从纳思达公司、太盟亚洲资本和上海首达投资中心处收购利盟100%股权。

施乐公司1906年创立于美国康涅狄格州,是一家文案管理、处理技术公司,产品包括打印机、复印机、数字印刷设备以及相关的服务和耗材供应。
利盟于 1991 年从 IBM 独立出来,总部位于肯塔基州列克星敦,是打印硬件、服务、解决方案和安全领域的全球领导者。
2016年,纳思达联合太盟投资及君联资本以约270亿元收购了利盟。纳思达2000年创立于珠海,目前是全球第四的激光打印机厂商,于2014年在深交所上市,位列中国上市企业500强。
此次收购后,利盟将重新变为一家美国公司。

Ropes & Gray, Willkie Farr, Dechert, KWM on Xerox’s $1.5 bln acquisition Lexmark
Ropes & Gray and Willkie Farr & Gallagher have advised U.S. office equipment manufacturer Xerox on its $1.5 billion acquisition of 100% equity in Lexmark International, with Dechert acting for the target company and sellers Ninestar Corporation, PAG Asia Capital, and Shanghai Shouda Investment Centre. King & Wood Mallesons served as PRC counsel to Ninestar in the deal.
Founded in 1906 in Connecticut, USA, Xerox specializes in document management and processing technology, offering products such as printers, copiers, digital printing equipment, and related services and consumables.
Lexmark, spun off from IBM in 1991 and headquartered in Lexington, Kentucky, is a global leader in printing hardware, services, solutions, and security.
In 2016, Ninestar, in partnership with PAG Asia Capital and Legend Capital, acquired Lexmark for approximately RMB 27 billion. Established in Zhuhai in 2000, Ninestar is now the fourth-largest laser printer manufacturer globally and a member of the China Top 500 Listed Companies, listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange since 2014.
Following the acquisition, Lexmark will return to being a U.S.-based company.
