近日，竞天公诚律师事务所、世达国际律师事务所作为发行人律师助力爱奇艺完成总额15亿美元的可转债及ADS同时增发项目。汉坤律师事务所、美国达维律师事务所担任承销商律师。

爱奇艺是中国视频娱乐服务提供商，于2010年4月22日正式上线。2018年3月，爱奇艺在美国纳斯达克挂牌上市。此次增发项目之前，爱奇艺还曾在2018年12月、2019年4月分别发行7.5亿美元和12亿美元可转债。

达维团队由合伙人何鲤、林振宇牵头领导。

Skadden, Davis lead on iQIYI’s $1.5bln Refinancing

Jingtian & Gongcheng and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom have advised on Chinese video website iQIYI’s $1.5bln convertible bond and American depository share issuance, with Davis Polk & Wardwell and Han Kun Law Offices counselling the underwriters. 

Established in 2010, iQIYI is a Chinese video and entertainment services provider, which became listed in Nasdaq in March 2018. Prior to this issuance, iQIYI has issued $750mln convertible bonds in December 2018 and $1.2bln in April 2019.

The Davis team was led by partner Li He and James C. Lin.
