中国国际金融股份有限公司（以下简称“中金公司”）于2020年11月2日在上海证券交易所主板成功上市，募集资金总额约为131.98亿元（$1.96bln）。金杜律师事务所担任中金公司发行人律师；海问律师事务所为承销商提供法律意见。
中金公司成立于1995年，是中国首家中外合资投资银行，为境内外企业、机构及个人客户提供综合化、一站式的全方位投资银行服务。2015年，中金公司在香港联交所上市，并在资本市场投融资领域表现活跃。金杜和海问也多次其投融资项目中提供法律服务。
金杜团队牵头合伙人为苏峥和黄晓雪；海问团队牵头合伙人为刘速、高巍、肖毅。
KMW and Haiwen act on CICC’s SSE IPO
China International Capital Corporation (CICC) has successfully kicked off its IPO in Shanghai Stock Exchange’s mainboard on 2 November 2020, raising a fund of around $1.96bln. King & Wood Mallesons advised the company, while Haiwen & Partners advised the underwriters.
Established in 1995, CICC is China’s first Sino-foreign joint venture investment bank, providing comprehensive and one-stop banking services for domestic and foreign companies, institutions and individual clients. In 2015, CICC launched its IPO in Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and has been active in investment and finance in the following years, and KWM and Haiwen have advised CICC in several of its capital market projects.
The KWM team was led by partners Su Zheng and Huang Xiaoxue; the Haiwen team was led by partners Liu Su, Gao Wei and Xiao Yi.
