由万商天勤律师事务所与香港陈俊华律师事务所联营成立的万商天勤（香港）律师事务所已正式获香港律师会批准，标志着万商天勤香港办公室（联营）正式成立。

万商天勤香港办公室的业务领域包括公司及资本市场、银行与金融、私募基金与投资并购、国际业务、房地产、建筑工程与基础设施、商事争议解决。万商天勤表示，联营办公室律师熟悉香港资本市场业务，其中多名具有国际律所执业经验。

陈俊华律师事务所成立于2021年1月，业务范围包括诉讼及争议解决、银行与金融、物业管理、建筑等领域。

这是万商天勤继2021年6月在广州设立办公室后，再次落子粤港澳大湾区。此外，这家总部位于北京的律所在深圳、上海、成都、武汉、西安、长沙、杭州、海口、南京亦设有办公室。

V&T sets up joint-operation office in Hong Kong with local boutique

Beijing-headquartered V&T Law Firm has established a joint-operation office with Hong Kong-based boutique firm C. W. Chan & Co (CWC).

The joint-operation office serves in a range of areas including corporate and capital markets, banking and finance, private equity, investment and M&A, international business, real estate, construction and infrastructure, and commercial dispute resolution. According to V&T, the lawyers in the office are familiar with Hong Kong capital markets, and many of them have practice experience in international law firms.

CWC was established in January 2021, covering areas like litigation and disputes resolution, banking and finance, property management, and construction.

This is V&T’s latest presence in Greater Bay Area after establishing its Guangzhou office in June 2021. The firm also has offices in Shenzhen, Shanghai, Chengdu, Wuhan, Xi’an, Changsha, Hangzhou, Haikou, and Nanjing.
