植德律师事务所近日迎来四位律师，陆凤麟、刘章、赵瑜华、洪露申，以合伙人身份加盟多地办公室。
洪露申律师将加入植德北京总部。他的主要执业领域为反垄断与竞争法、政府监管与合规、争议解决，其服务的客户涵盖IT、医药与大健康、能源、房地产等等。此前，他曾在金杜律师事务所工作。
刘章律师则在税收法律服务、政府监管与合规法律服务等业务领域拥有丰富的执业经验。他曾在位于成都的恒和信律师事务所工作——而植德的成都办公室也在筹备之中。
与此同时，植德也于近日正式开设了杭州办公室，未来将由刚加盟不久的合伙人陆凤麟律师领导。
陆律师在房地产全流程开发、PPP项目开发及项目融资、公司股权架构设计、股权投资与并购、私募基金等业务领域有丰富的执业经验。此前他曾在浙江励恒律师事务所担任主任。
赵瑜华律师也将加盟新设立的杭州办公室。她专注于民商事诉讼领域，并且十分擅长处理刑民交叉案件以及婚姻家事案件。她同样来自浙江励恒律师事务所。
植德在一份新闻稿中表示，四位专家的加入将使植德全周期、立体化、一站式的综合法律服务能力得到极大提升。目前，植德在全球范围内共有7家办公室，共拥有合伙人 120 余位，律师及专业人士共 550 多名。
Merits & Tree adds four experts and opens in Hangzhou
Merits & Tree Law Offices has hired four experts, Lu Fenglin, Liu Zhang, Zhao Yuhua, and Hong Lushen as partners in various offices.
Hong joined the firm in Beijing. His practice focuses on antitrust and competition law, government regulation and compliance, and dispute resolution, serving clients in IT, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, energy, and real estate sectors. Prior to joining Merits & Tree, he worked at King Wood & Mallesons.
Meanwhile, Liu has extensive experience in the areas of taxation legal services, government regulation, and compliance legal services. He joined the firm from Chengdu-based Henghexin Law Firm, in which city Merits & Tree is also planning to open a new office shortly this year.
Besides, Merits & Tree has recently launched a new office in Hangzhou, which will be led by the new-joiner Lu Fenglin.
Lu has extensive experience in the areas of full-process real estate development, PPP project development and project financing, corporate equity structure design, equity investment and M&A, private equity funds, and other business areas. He used to serve as a director at the local Hangzhou firm Li Heng Law Firm.
Zhao also joined Merits & Tree in Hangzhou from Li Heng Law Firm, where she was a senior partner. She has more than two decades of legal experience, focusing on civil and commercial litigation and specializing in cross-criminal and civil cases as well as matrimonial and family cases.
Merits & Tree now has 7 branches, nearly 120 partners, and more than 550 professionals. It will open two new offices in the city of Chengdu and Qingdao later this year.
