Our client is a pharmaceutical MNC with great success in China market, we are looking for IP counsel (senior band) for them to manage their IP portfolios with a focus on patents. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years IP experience with an IP firm or a pharmaceutical company, strong academics, with a degree in pharmacology, biology, chemistry or similar. Patent Qualification is a must, PRC bar would be preferred.
