Two Jiangsu based law firms - FD Yongheng Law Firm and Dongheng Law Firm – have merged. The combined entity will be called Jiangsu FD Dongheng Law Firm.

The merger will give birth to the largest and most profitable law firm in Jiangsu Province. In 2017, FD Yongheng became the first local firm to achieve revenue of over 100 million yuan ($14.4 million) in Jiangsu Province. In 2018, Dongheng became the fifth local firm in Jiangsu Province to do so. 

Tan Zhen, director of Nanjing Bar Association since 2006, is the honorary director of FD Dongheng. Wan Yongsong serves as the executive director, while Zhang Lijun is the chairman of the firm’s executive committee.  

FD Yongheng, founded in 1980, was the first registered law firm in Nanjing. Meanwhile, Dongheng was founded in 2005, and is a member firm of the Sino-Global Legal Alliance. 

两大江苏律所完成合并

江苏法德永衡律师事务所和江苏东恒律师事务所完成合并，合并后的律所名为江苏法德东恒律师事务所。

合并后，法德东恒将成为江苏省规模最大、创收最高的律师事务所。2017年，法德永恒成为江苏首家业务收入过亿元的律师事务所，2018年，东恒也实现了创收过亿，成为江苏省第五家创收过亿的律所。

合伙人谈臻担任名誉主任，2006年至今也是南京市律协理事和监事长。合伙人万永松担任主任，合伙人张利军担任执行委员会主席。

法德永恒成立于1980年，是中国改革开放恢复律师制度后南京成立的第一家律师事务所。东恒2005年在南京成立，也是“中世律所联盟”的核心成员。
