The U.S.-based Law Offices of Scott Warmuth has launched an office in Beijing to serve an increasing client demand from China.

The new office, which opened its doors on Aug. 1, focuses on immigration and intellectual property matters, and serves as a hub for conducting business with the firm’s Chinese clientele.

Headquartered in City of Industry, California, the Scott Warmuth has three branches in California. The firm’s new Beijing office is its first outside the U.S.

“We are seeing a greater influx of business from China and want to ensure that we have the capability to serve their needs,” said Scott Warmuth, the president of the law firm, in a statement.
