Jun He has added Li Liang and Wang Shengzhe as counsels in its Shanghai and Haikou offices, respectively.

Li, who was resident in Jun He’s Shanghai office from 2001-2005, joined Cleary Gottlieb in New York in 2006 after which he was based out of the US firm’s Hong Kong office. His practice focuses on corporate and finance transactions as well as M&A and FDI deals.

Wang, on the other hand, joins from local outfit Hainan Shenghe Law Firm, where he was one of the firm’s key partners. Permanent legal counsel to some a number of large and mid-sized SEOs, Wang’s practice includes litigation and commercial and admiralty arbitrations.
