品诚梅森与新成立的建筑地产专业律所合森达成长期合作协议，期望在中国大力发展基础设施的过程中，抢占更多法律服务市场份额。据了解，今年国家发改委计划在中国基础设施建设中投资上百亿人民币。

北京合森由周显峰与叶万和在今年年初创建，两人均为中国著名的建筑法律服务领域的专家。此前，两人曾是前德恒律所合伙人。

Pinsent Masons and newly-formed projects and construction boutique Beijing Hesen Law Firm have entered into a long-term cooperation agreement designed to capitalise on what is expected to be a record year for Chinese infrastructure development. The National Development and Reform Commission stated recently that the country has plans to spend upwards of RMB35bn on infrastructure this year making it the world’s biggest spender on this front.

 Beijing Hesen was created earlier this year by former DeHeng partners Dr, Elvis Zhou and Ye Wanhe. Both Zhou and Ye are regarded as two of the country’s leading construction lawyers and have extensive experience in advising domestic and international Chinese companies on a range of issues. ALB
