中伦日前聘得著名税法业务律师倪勇军为其税法业务主管合伙人，协助其提升税法业务的国际化服务水准。倪勇军之前担任原美国伟凯大中华区税法业务主管。
倪勇军有着超过15年国际税务服务的经验，曾经为许多跨国公司和中国企业提供与国际投资和交易相关的税务环节，并侧重于投资进入和退出的策略分析，投资架构及公司重组并购等。毕业于美国哈佛大学法学院倪勇军，具有中国和美国的双重律师资格。
不久前，中伦还猎得另一国际顶尖律师吕立山（Robert Lewis）-原路伟北京办事处主任合伙人。吕立山曾在中国执业近20年，为国内外客户代理了数百件项目，主要涉及电信、基础设施、融资、企业并购重组、投资领域以及跨国商事纠纷。在加入中伦前，他曾在上海锦天城工作不到一年的时间。
Zhong Lun has secured the services of high-profile lawyer Yongjun Peter Ni to develop its tax practice. Ni, who joins Zhong Lun as head of the firm’s tax group, comes from White & Case where was most recently head of the US firm’s greater China tax practice.
Ni boasts over 15 years experience in the tax sector and has advised a number of MNCs and Chinese companies on the tax implications of their cross-border investments, market entry and exit strategies, investment structuring and restructuring, M&A, financing, and commercial disputes.
A graduate of Harvard and NYU schools of law, Ni is dual US and PRC-admitted.
The appointment of Ni is yet another coup for Zhong Lun. Earlier this month the firm pulled off another equally high-profile lateral hire after luring former Allbright and Lovells partner Robert Lewis to its Shanghai office as international managing partner. ALB
