We are now accepting submissions for the ALB 2012 Corporate M&A Rankings. Following on from our arbitration rankings, we continue to offer an improved submission process, enhanced methodology and greater transparency in generating more reliable, trustworthy and valuable results. 

 

The corporate M&A rankings will be published in our August 2012 issue. 

 

THE 2012 ALB CORPORATE M&A RANKINGS 

What?

We will be identifying and ranking the top corporate M&A players across China, Singapore, Hong Kong, Philippines, Japan, Vietnam, Thailand, Korea, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Taiwan, Sri Lanka and Pakistan in one Asia-Pacific ranking. Our rankings will include domestic and international firms.

 

How?

ALB will take a comprehensive and rigorous approach to identifying the top firms in the region. Our editorial team will speak to a wide range of lawyers and their clients. All interviews will be off-the-record, confidential and conducted entirely for research purposes. The attached document details our methodology.

 

ALB does not require a firm to submit in order to be ranked. A submission is strongly encouraged as it gives us a comprehensive overview of your practice, but firms that do not submit may also be considered for a ranking.

 

In determining whether or not to consider any firm that does not submit, ALB will combine market and client feedback with our own editorial judgment.

 

When?

 

Ranking Process	Deadlines
Submission Form and Client Details Spreadsheet	Due no later than June 8, 2012.  We will not accept any submissions received after this time. Submissions must be received in e-mail form and the submission form and client details spreadsheet are attached to this email.
Lawyer Interviews	Lawyer interviews to be completed by July 6, 2012. We strongly encourage you to reply promptly to schedule an interview for your firm.
