Exclusively sponsored by Zhong Lun Law Firm, the 2013 ALB China Top In-House Legal Teams results have been announced with 15 winners from a variety of background and industries.

由中伦律师事务所独家赞助，ALB主办的2013年度中国最佳公司法务团队评选近日公布了结果。十五支来自不同背景和行业的企业团队凭借各自杰出的表现，获得了这一荣誉。

The winners were selected by the ALB research team from a number of self-nominated candidates. It was a tough job for the ALB team as the teams all represented impressively hardworking and achievement-oriented company lawyers, who team up to serve as the pillars supporting their company’s China business and strategy.

本次的获奖团队由ALB研究团队从众多的提名候选名单中评出。评选竞争非常激烈，因为参评的各团队都是是中国公司法务中的出色代表，他们辛苦工作，持之以恒，成效卓著，团结一心，为各自的公司在中国的业务和战略提供了最有力的支持。

The following parametres were highly valued:

以下是评选中的重要指标：

a) significant transactions/projects done, for being direct contribution to the company’s growth or profit;
b) arbitration/lawsuits won, for saving the company from financial or reputation loss;
c) regular and in-depth involvement in company’s operation and promotion for compliance and risk management, for playing an effective goalkeeping role;
d) variety and complexity of work, for demonstrating the professional capability of the team;
d) the building and development of the team itself;
e) other accomplishments (i.e. educational, pro bono, charitable, etc

b) 赢得的仲裁/诉讼，从而保护公司免遭财务或声誉损失；
