私募股权公司KKR & Co LP 、霸菱亚洲(Baring Private Equity Asia)、厚朴基金和博裕资本组成的财团与中粮集团旗下中粮肉食周五发布声明称，该财团将投资于中粮肉食。交易条款未透露。不过知情人士表示，KKR作为财团的一部分，将向中粮肉食投资约1.5亿美元。消息人士称，该财团将共向中粮肉食投资约2.7亿美元，持有中粮肉食最多70%的股权。
KKR股价周四收报23.71美元，周五盘初上扬1.1%。
