中国乳制品公司内蒙古伊利实业集团股份有限公司 称，马云旗下云峰基金以及中信产业基金(CITIC PE)已同意以至少20亿元人民币投资该公司旗下一子公司。
声明稿称，云峰基金和中信产业基金将收购全资子公司内蒙古伊利畜牧发展有限责任公司的60%股份。
根据标普CapitalIQ资料库，这将是云峰基金首度投资中国食品业。过去其投资主要侧重在科技、媒体及通讯业。
