China’s Grandall Law Firm has opened its 20th and 21st offices in the cities of Suzhou, Jiangsu Province and Changsha, capital of Hunan Province.

The Suzhou office is led by Huang Jianxin, the former vice-president of the Suzhou Lawyers Association. The office will focus on finance, corporate, government affairs and debt restructuring, among others.

The Changsha office, headed by managing partner Luo Jing, will focus on capital markets, banking and insurance, real estate, mergers and acquisitions and infrastructure.

Of Grandall’s 21 offices, four lie outside mainland China, in Hong Kong, Paris, Madrid and Silicon Valley.
