The 2025 ALB China Employer of Choice survey is now open. This annual survey is open to employees working at law firms with office(s) in mainland China. It gathers feedback on various topics, including career prospects, promotion opportunities, and work satisfaction.

Responses to the survey are then used to pick the top law firms to work for in mainland China, the “Employer of Choice” which will be published in the April 2025 issue of ALB China.

The responses will help identify the top law firms to work for in mainland China, which will be recognized as the “Employer of Choice” and announced in the April 2025 issue of ALB China.
