Shanghai-headquartered AllBright Law Offices has opened its 14th office after launching in Hefei, capital of China’s Anhui Province. 

The Hefei office, which follows a launch in the city of Jinan last year, was officially approved by the regulators in September 2015. It will have 43 lawyers, including 15 partners, according to a statement.

The new office will work with University of Science and Technology of China, a top-tier university based in Hefei, to ensure it is able to hire talented graduates. 

The Hefei office will focus on litigation and dispute resolution, real estate, IPO, mergers and acquisitions, tax and finance.

AllBright set up a joint venture with the Hong Kong firm Stevenson, Wong & Co in the Qianhai Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone in Shenzhen last May. The fast-expanding firm plans to open three more offices this year, in Xi’an, Fuzhou and Zhenzhou respectively.
