Commercial litigation funding firm Bentham IMF has created an interactive tool called “Accelerator” that is designed to help law firms improve their financial performance through additional funding for litigation matters.

The “Accelerator” allows firms to input their revenue data and see the bottom-line impact of funding existing and newly won businesses and developing funded portfolios to accelerate profits. It is expected to help law firms gain 360 additional basis points (BPS) on overall litigation realization rates for every $10 million of funding committed. By increasing the yield on a firm’s litigation business, and tool aims to increase overall revenues and profits.
