Beijing-based Global Law Office has added three partners Li Zhanke, Ren Qing and Wang Yue from Zhong Lun Law Firm in Beijing.
Li focuses on intellectual property and was formerly an intellectual property advisor with Philips China.
Ren advises on dispute resolution, anti-trust and compliance matters. He had a stint with China’s Ministry of Commerce, MOFCOM. Meanwhile, Wang’s practice area includes real estate, film and entertainment, dispute resolution and merger and acquisitions.
Branding itself as the “first Chinese law firm”, Global Law Office has offices in Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen and has 280 lawyers according to ALB’s recent research.
