Reed Smith has opened ‘innovation hubs’, spaces designed for innovation and creativity, in its London and New York offices.
The hubs aim to accelerate collaboration as well as ease of access to expertise. They will focus on testing new technologies that are expected to enhance client services.
Measuring 538 ft. sq. in London and 320 ft. sq. in New York, the hubs will be in the centre of the firm’s client meeting areas and are intended to “act as catalysts for clients to meet with the firm’s lawyers and contacts, providing them with access to both expertise and connections that will unlock new commercial opportunities and solutions,” according to the firm.
Reed Smith is also holding a series of events to enable collaboration between clients and contacts starting from November. The first event will focus on fintech.
