DeHeng Law Offices has opened a new office in the city of Dongguan of Guangdong Province. The firm now covers four offices in the Greater Bay Area, including Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Zhuhai, and Dongguan.

Dongguan achieved an economic miracle in the past decades since China’s reform and opening-up.  The city now serves as China’s major innovation engine and gateway to connect with global innovation trends. 

“We will do our part to support Dongguan’s transition into a smart manufacturing base and an important growth engine fueling global economic and trade cooperation,” the firm tells ALB.

The office, with 27 partners and 66 lawyers, is led by the director Yun Zhou and its management committee which includes partners Sheqing Zhang, Bing Liu, Yubing Zou, Guotao Zhai. 

DeHeng represents clients on dispute resolution, corporate and securities, finance, real estate and construction, intellectual property and information network, restructuring and insolvency, labour and social security, maritime and shipping and tax planning, among others. 

With the opening of Dongguan office, DeHeng now has 30 offices nationwide.
