ALB荣幸地宣布，2025 ALB China 十五佳首席合规官评选现已启动，此次评选面向工作城市位于中国大陆的的首席合规官或企业合规事务的最高负责者进行参与。这将是ALB China首次以十五佳首席合规官榜单深入调研并表彰企业在合规管理前沿的杰出领航者！此次评选，不仅是对首席合规官专业价值的致敬，更是对合规文化在企业治理中不可或缺地位的强调，旨在激励更多合规从业者追求卓越，共同推动中国企业稳健航行，合规致远。

调研方法

• 首席合规官或企业合规事务的最高负责者须提交报名表格，表格可以由公司的法务团队提交或者由首席合规官填写提交。参与者需为常驻中国大陆工作的首席合规官或企业合规事务的最高负责者。
• ALB邀请律师填写一份网上问卷，推荐他们心中顶尖的首席合规官。问卷内容我们会为提交者保密。
• 我们会参考市场和以及同行的评价，若需要，ALB会进行采访。

评选标准

• 首席合规官工作的难度和重要性
• 由首席合规官发起的重大项目
• 业务部门对首席合规官工作的评价
• 担任首席合规官的时长和在法律领域的从业经验
• 个人获奖经历

These outstanding practitioners constantly break through the boundaries of traditional roles, broaden the value range of chief compliance officers, and contribute to the steady progress of enterprises and the construction of a healthy industry ecosystem.

ALB is proud to announce that submission has opened for 2025 ALB China Top 15 Chief Compliance Officers. This ranking is open to the Chief Compliance Officers or the top decision-makers in the field of corporate compliance who work in Mainland China. This will be the first time that ALB China has conducted in-depth research and recognized outstanding leaders in the forefront of compliance management on the list of the top 15 Chief Compliance Officers! This ranking is not only a tribute to the professional value of the Chief Compliance Officer, but also an emphasis on the indispensable position of compliance culture in corporate governance. It aims to inspire more compliance practitioners to pursue excellence, jointly promote the steady sailing of Chinese enterprises, and achieve long-term compliance.

We are full of expectations to discover and showcase the outstanding achievements of 15 Chief Compliance Officers in the current compliance field through this comprehensive and in-depth research. This is not only a shining recognition of the individual career of the winner, but also a recognition of the outstanding contributions of their team.

The research will be conducted through the following aspects:

• Self-nomination forms for Chief Compliance Officers. In-house teams or the Chief Compliance Officers can fill out the submission form and hand it in to research team at TRALBRanking@thomsonreuters.com.  The Chief Compliance Officers or head of compliance should be based in mainland China.
• Private practice lawyers in China are invited to fill out a survey in which they can recommend Chief Compliance Officers for the ranking. Responses will be kept anonymous.
• We will also take into account peer commentary, market feedback and ALB editorial input. Interviews will be conducted by ALB if necessary.

Some of the key qualities we are looking for are:

• Scope and significance of work handled by the Chief Compliance Officers
• Any significant initiatives launched by the Chief Compliance Officers in his/her current role
• Feedback of Chief Compliance Officer’s work from business partners
• Years of experience and previous work history
• Awards and accolades

To Participate:

• If you are a Chief Compliance Officer or head of compliance affairs, submission forms can be downloaded here. It can be handed in by the Chief Compliance Officer, the assistant or in-house team. Only one entry is allowed per organization. The form can be filled in Chinese, English or both.  Please submit the form to TRALBRanking@thomsonreuters.com. Deadline for submissions is 18:00 March 19. The submissions are open to all Chief Compliance Officers or head of compliance affairs based in Mainland China.
• If you are a lawyer, the survey can be taken from here, which will be closed at 18:00 March 26.
