Deheng Law Group has opened a new branch in Seoul under the name of Beijing DHH Law Firm Seoul Office. 

This is Deheng’s tenth overseas office, after branches in Moscow, St.Petersburg, Washington D.C., Seattle, Toronto, Tokyo, Singapore, Sydney and Hong Kong.

The Seoul office is expected to provide one-stop shop services to South Korean companies doing business in China, and Chinese companies doing business in South Korea. 

The Seoul office is led by senior partner Xiye Fu of Deheng Law Group. Fu focuses on contract disputes, and has represented companies in disputes related to M&A, restructuring and governance.
